On Friday 26th September we celebrated another fabulous year for Girlguiding in Ayrshire South at our Annual Event; this year held at Ayrshire College! 
We whizzed through an A-Z of the years’ activities and enjoyed short presentations from all corners of our county – including updates on the Young Leader Development Programme, our new Depot, Nether Auchendrane, Queens Guide, Claire’s trip to Sangam World Centre, our County Archives, Trefoil Guild and more!
We were especially lucky to hear from Young Leader, Evelyn, who told us about her experience with the NSGSO and NSGCB this summer!
We also had the pleasure of presenting two new leaders with their ALQs, as well as several Long Service Awards!

We also were delighted to introduce our new county Vice Presidents – Lise Whittle and Margaret Short.
And last, but by no means least, an incredible 50 Years Service recognition went to Guiding legends Iris Richardson and Janis Meredith! 
We are so grateful for all of the passionate and dedicated volunteers we have in our county!
